1. What is the time period for an item to be returned?
The item can be returned within 10 days from the time of receiving. You can find the information about the return time period along with the product description.

Firstly your request to return an item is review by AstroBasic. - If request meets the criteria of return, AstroBasic will refund the money
3. By what time can I expect my replacement or refund?
From the time of receiving the refund request, a refund is initiated within 2 working days. In case of refund, it takes about 2 weeks for the amount to be credited to your account. However in a situation, if the refund request received by us from you doesn’t match your claim or do not have the AstroBasic order number on the email the refund/replacement can be delayed or sometimes can be declined.
